Çevre mühendisliği alanında uzmanlaşmış Prof. Dr. Lokman Hakan Tecer, uluslararası platformlarda yayınlanmış birçok araştırmaya imza atmıştır. Tekirdağ Namık Kemal Üniversitesi’nde dekan olarak görev yapmakta olan Tecer, hava kirliliği, atmosfer kimyası ve iklim değişikliği konularında derinlemesine çalışmalar yürütmektedir.
